I have been trying to get my last 3 months bank statements for the last 2 weeks

I have been trying to get my last 3 months bank statements for the last 2 weeks. On the app I select 3 months and it only gives me June. I've been to the branch and they can't help me. I've tried at an ATM and it stops halfway through. CAN SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING PLEASE EMAIL ME MY LAST 3 MONTHS BANK STATEMENT????
