I have a savings and current account with Absa

I have a savings and current account with Absa. I got paid on the 25th and I've only manged to transfer 6000 from my current to savings. I can't use nor transfer any amount since the 27th. I went to the branch on the 28th and I was told there's a problem with my limit that needed the App to be refreshed by their online team. Till now I can't access my money nor transfer it. This is my second month using their account but already I'm regretting why did I open this account
