I have a personal loan with Absa, my account got double deducted, when i enquire about it no one can assist i am told the account was handed over because of arrears, i have no arrangement with them to double deduct my account, they have promised to contact me to add extra months but still nothing happened, how are they expecting me to survive the whole month by taking a lot of money like this?
