I hate ABSA Vaf..

I feel bul**** by ABSA Vehicle and finance.. firstly i called twice for them to chanhe my debit order from the 1st of every month from the 15th.The consultation told me she lodged a query for me and it will be processed and it was never processed. On the 1ST they called demanding for the payment which lead to my account in errors because i was supposed to pay the following weeks on the 15th..secondly is the car insurance issue.. They demanded i send them a proof i have insurance and i did.. My insurance states that it starts on the 1st of October 2020 and i am fully covered until i pay my first premium on the 15.now they are saying they can not take it because it shows its starting on the 15..I hate this bank. Been with them for years and only left with 5 months to pay than the baloon payment but they are bullies..
