I had a loan with Absa which I have paid off. Teresa Maritz assisted so kindly in removing my name from ITC and sent me a confirmation letter. She also confirmed the recovery indicator had been removed against my name. So I went to the ATM tried to apply for instant loan and guest what the error said there is a restrictive condition on my account. I then went to the Branch in Malvern and there I was shown that I owed R7404.51, risk status read \DT write off". Areas amounts R24500.00. It said I'm on debt review. I was so shocked and I then ask as to who is responsible for removing this information from my profile. It seems no one knows!!!<br> <br> What a shock"
