I had a business accout with absa Bank but decided to move my account because of better service i got from Fnb

I had a business accout with absa Bank but decided to move my account because of better service i got from Fnb. I have used the account but in February i have closed the business. I haven’t used the account since and tried to reach out to Brumilda moorcroft from Absa Vryburg but up until now she hasn’t came back to me. I got a phone call form absa telling me i have to pa R 1000 to close the account otherwise they will hand me over to their legal department. I am very unhappy with Absa my business is closed down i haven’t used that account and i have phone Brumilda working with my account left a message still nothing. Absa is milking their people
