I got ****med!!!!!
I took a credit card with Absa, very well aware that I missed certain payments because of serious financial problems and was hoping that I will sort out my arrears once I have sorted out my financial issues. On the 25/06/2025 I had funds on my bank account that I needed to use for food at home but Absa took R1961.51 abruptly!!! Just like that, what do I say to my family? Why don't we have food? I feel disrespected and starting to lose interest in banking with Absa. Why not first check with me before taking that money? I need that money back now. We will make proper arrangements like how civilized business should be.

I will await for your feedback, this seriously feels like I am deprived from my financial freedom by having the accounts I am having with Absa. I am very well aware of the credit card arrears however it does not give you any right to do as you please on my bank account, proper arrangements need to be made with me and get my concern. I feel ****** and humiliated right now. Very Disappointed
