I give up ABSA

I paid almost R300 credit life on every account with ABSA. I wanted to claim as I was temporarily disabled and could earn commission, on the ABSA site says you can claim and they will pay 5% of the amount but when I want to claim suddenly I can’t because I still earned the basic salary yet I need and use the quarterly payment.
