I get 2 different info on my account

Hi<br> What I don't understand is why ABSA gives me misinformation or bad info on my account queries/problems I had. The customer care call centre told me that my money builder account debit card, I am able to withdraw and swipe, but not add debit orders, this I understand. But with this info I stand like a fool at the store where my card don't work. I went to the branch where I was told that I can only withdraw cash. Is this really true? what is the real truth? Maybe my pin the issue? Please assist me in this. ABSA is renowned for their bad customer service!
