I dont know what else to do
My mother bought a plot and took out a loan with ABSA for material to build a house, she then past away leaving us(sister and brother) alone in the house. A year after the fact we learned about the loan of which I liaised with the back to take over the payment, the bank agreed and I started paying, after a while the bank sent me a letter stating that I should pay R40 000 of settle the loan, I didn't have that much money and I went to the bank again to explain my problem and suggested to pay a little more to what I was initially paying and the bank agreed. After a while of me paying the bank sent me threatening letters to sell the house, I'm not sure why?
The other day a man walked in the house and claimed that he bought it we need to pack up and leave, where do I go too and where did everything go wrong because I was paying all the time?
How can ABSA sell my deceased mother's house without my consent?

I tried to pay thousands of rands for lawyers to resolve this issues but the problem is still persisting and the lawyers are not attending the case leaving me in the dark.

Can someone please phone me

If we move out of this house we don't have anywhere else to go to.
