I DONOT HAVE THE CREDIT CARD

My credit card approval was done on the 29/09/2015. I even reported this on Hellopeter previously. i did get reponse from complaints department but they still have not sorted out the credit card. I still get a reponse that it is a system problem, Virgin Money system problem is going on for three months. This is ridiculous and also lies because another person app**** for a credit card at the same time and they are using the credit card already. I am not sure why they have a complaints department when they even can help.
