I do not trust ABSA bank

I have been dealing with this group for over a year now regarding the payments to my ABSA credit facilities. I have had the worst experience trying to talk to "intelligent" people and somehow am not understood. I ask the lady, why I am being harassed to pay on my card DURING the time that the insurance on the card was paying? She said, because the insurance is now up. I point out that this is the present yes, but what at that time? She keeps coming back to the present. I have been harassed by this group on behalf of ABSA bank and they have been nailing me this way and that. On my personal loan I was conned there as well by ABSA when claiming the insurance. They covered their interest and still left me with the whole bill and once again LGR attorneys there to harass me on a daily basis. These people give you no chance to try and live first or find a job or get your life pieced together before nailing you to the cross. They threaten you by mail, threaten you by phone. Their staff are obnoxious and rude to you on the phone like you are some kind of dog. Also I have sent emails to LGR explaining the circumstances around the personal loan, which I discovered ***** on behalf of ABSA. I took a personal loan based on a business account, a business I might add no longer exists as it became financially nonviable. These groups are getting away with ****** while the little man is stressed on a day to day basis with threats of more loss, being asked to pay k or more upfront or else, when the guy can;t even afford the monthly payment. . . It is sickening how these people operate and I am not the only one it is being done to. These peoples offices are so unorganized that when I make a deal with one lawyer another phones and give more trouble. I have have had 5 people from LGR contact me in the space of a week and even when you tell them you spoke to someone else from their office they harass even more. I find this to be a defaming of character, harassment and outright destructive. ABSA **** to me about the insurance on their facilities, saying that should anything happen that the insurance would cover me in case of retrenchment, disability etc. After I made claim ABSA immediately had their legal department all me, phoning everyday to threaten me. LGR can send me up to 5 emails in on day from different staff all with the same letter. When I contact ABSA I get no email replies at all, and then LGR harasses me even more. Since being retrenched ABSA has left LGR to harass me on a daily basis. My only attention is stuck on that one thing, all the threats etc. It was late but I had also discovered that ABSA committed ***** by granting me a personal loan against my business account, which no longer exists and the company became nonviable and had to be given up. I was not aware of this at the time but the loan should never have been given. I had no personal account that would allow me that credit.
