I DEMAND ABSA TO SETTLE MY WATER BILL BECAUSE I WOULDNT HAVE TO PAY SO MUCH IF THEIR INSURANCE DEPARTMENT IS USEFULL

I have insurance with Absa, i have a leak in my property and i called them for a claim and i am not getting any assistance from them. My water bill is increasing drastically because of this leak .....so i have to pay for the insurance and pay tipple the cost for my water account just because absa doesn't want to honor the assistance they promise when you take the policy. i am being transferred from one person to another and i am furious because i cant afford to pay for this water bill and absa should settle it because if their insurance department is efficient i wouldn't have this debt. I can not even start to explain the cost for my calls that i make to them as often as i afford to and they just make you hang on the line

they gave me a name of the person that is dealing with my claim (Fanele Mkhwanzi- ********** )and that number doesn't go through at all, i just loose airtime listening at their pre -recorded greetings
