I can’t transact on my own credit card

Thank you Absa for protecting my hard earned cash against *********, but Why can’t I transact with my credit card even when I answer a million identifying and security questions. I also get told I’m transacting at an unusual time, 13:00? How was this time unusual? The amount is unusual, agreed, I just bought a new house, check my profile, I’m trying to get some furniture for the house.
