I cant get settlement letter

I dont believe this i owe absa bank and today i called the call centre for settlement letter because i want to settle my account tomorrow but to my surprise the call centre agent couldnt give me the amount but said i must wait until friday for the amount to reflect i was put on hold for more than 15minutes Absa bank sucks, *** i want to settle the account today or latest tomorrow i got this boring story from you guys. you ve been sending smses to me now i want to settle no i cant because its not reflicting the amount is my problem if your system is not updated hell no. and this is not the first time this is happening because when i tried to close my cheque account with you i was told same ********.
