I cannot go to school because of a receipt !

My name is Lesedi I am only 18 years old. I deposited money for my university registration fee at Absa (Jabulani mall) and on my way home I was ****** and due to that I lost my receipt of which I had to scan and send to the university. I went back to the branch at Jabulani to ask for another receipt and I couldn't get help the workers there told me that they don't have control over things/transactions that are done at the ATMs , and now my application can not be processed due to outstanding document which is the receipt and unfortunately I cannot raise another money to send to the university because my mother is unemployed and my former teacher is the one that helped me pay for the application.
