I cancelled my insurance with ABSA idirect insurance effective from 24 May 2024, I received a cancellation confirmation email from them but they still debited an amount of R3412

I cancelled my insurance with ABSA idirect insurance effective from 24 May 2024, I received a cancellation confirmation email from them but they still debited an amount of R3412.05. I went to my bank the following day on the 25th to reverse it but ABSA idirect insurance has blocked the transaction from being reversed. The retentions lady that completed my cancellation assured me that she will send me an email confirmation how much the pro rata will be and guess what, she never responded back with that information. ABSA idirect I want my money back. Every cent of it.
