I called Absa contact center, was send from pillar to post, eventually told to send an email request of which I did on Wednesday, I have not received any acknowledgement, I'm struggling to get a simple help to rectify the mistake made on the cancelation of cession. Mind you, this is the typing mistake made by their consultant, the insurance does not accept the letter, it must be rectified, now I struggle with help. I'm totally frustrated.
