I bought airtime and never received it

Good day

I bought R35 airtime this afternoon and R10 again this evening i restarted my pc and yet i still didnt receive my airtime however it was deducted from my money...i called the absa call centre now and spoke to 5 different people they couldn't assist me....please assist and contact me on ********** 342
