I asked for car insurance quote,said system was off and **** that they will call back
I chit chatted with one of your agent who called me after I asked for Car Insurance Quote online. As I have been with ABSA Idirect previously,I brought it to his attention.Only after that he tell me that the system is off and he will call me back. He never did. I wanted to sign-up with you because previously the premium was reasonable. I would have liked to get covered from the 1st of September 2017. I am disappointed.
