I app**** for a re-advance on my home loan on the 20th of May and sent the forms and everything they asked for on the 21st of May, but up until now no movement on my application. On the 3rd of June, I decided to follow up and find out if anything was happening and got an automatic reply that the person handling it was out of office and should contact someone else. I did that and she didn't help me much so I called and the lady I spoke to asked me to send some documents which I had done before but did anyway. Still nothing, then the guy came back and said the application must be recaptured, and honestly, I was so disappointed because it seemed like we were still where we started. Anyway, needless to say, I am still waiting and no movement. It would be better if they just told me we have rejected your application rather than this back and forth . So disappointed.
