I am very unhappy with Absa as they have taken money from my account which is almost R10000 and they fail to give me a proper explanation as to what had happened I’m getting different explanations, all they seeing is my uncleared transactions amount where

I am very unhappy with Absa as they have taken money from my account which is almost R10000 and they fail to give me a proper explanation as to what had happened I’m getting different explanations, all they seeing is my uncleared transactions amount whereas there was money reserved for those transactions by the bank, but absa still took money from my account also the transactions are showing cleared yet again as uncleared. I highly believe now that absa is a **** and this was an inside job , very unhappy with absa as I would like to close my account with them , first they should refund me my money that I worked hard for
