I am very disappointed

I've been trying to get help but they are not helping me I regret the day I started to use Absa cause now it seems like everything is my fault I tried to provide what I have I even made affidavit to proof that I did not wrong it been a week now they don't help me the only thing they do is to open my money and take my money that i was already heve a plan, i was going to use it for my daughter farewell but because of Absa they destroyed all my plans and my daughter special day😭😭😭
