I am very disappointed

They blocked my account but I don't get any help I now don't know what to do cause I provided what I can, I am very disappointed cause I have a plan for my money I wanna buy Christmas clothes for my kids and now this .. everyone refused to give me their bank information and they said they didn't report my account I am now suffering as if I did something wrong because of someone
