I am so done with this bank just want my money and out

I received a timeous response to send in my details, my issue is account still blocked and its sad the promised call never came through. why should I even go through all this cause there is a directive from director general home affairs that the accounts for special permit holders should not even been closed? I have provided proof at menlyn branch that I app**** and awaiting permit is this FICA thing even biased because those who bank with FNB accounts were not closed #I want out just give me my money
