I AM ****ED OFF!!!!

I am very annoyed at the fact that money can just get debited from my account without me approving, I had only R100 left in that account and it gets debited for some funeral thing which I have no knowledge about, I am the victim here but I must be the one to contact everyone to get back my own money that I didn’t even approve of giving, why can’t the debit order get approved first by the owner of the account???? Is this bank just allowing anyone to rob it’s customers???? If so please let me know so I can move my money to another bank and spread the news of what a pathetic bank your’ll are running.
