I AM ON PAYMENT RELIEVE AND ALL MY LITTLE SALARY IS DEDUCTED

I have requested payment relieve on my personal loan account *** in April 2020 during this difficult time as I am getting half of my salary ,Absa approved the relieve and since than it has been pay as every month since than they will deduct and I will always call to find out the reason why they have deducted and all the consulted promised to correct it and the next month the same thing happened we called again and we were told the same thing until the relieve was finished

The shock of my life came in this month when i was suppose to start with my installment and Absa deducted my whole salary the little that i have for my family to survive 3 payments were deducted without my knowledge now we are left with nothing and my kids will be without food because of people sho are not doing their work well

Can I request that you refund the amount and leave the installment that was suppose to be debited
