I am double insured by absa.

My car was financed by absa and insurance documents from my insurers were requested on the day I went to fetch my car. I am insured for third party with King price but the lady that signed off the car to me also insured me with Regend for third party. Every month absa debit 97.00 extra on my car instalment and when I ask about this absa doesn't give me a solution. I went to a brach in montclair and they just told me they can't help. I tried calling and the consultant told me she doesn't know what to do and I must try and email AIP services. I emailed so many times and always get an errelavent solution. Sometimes the admin even ignores my quiry.<br> I would like absa to please sort my issue out and refund me all the money I paid for the same cover on third party. I never commucated with anyone from Regend and would like absa to sort this out as they had the documents and knew I was insured for third party. I feel ****** as I really don't think its fair to pay insurance twice.
