I AM DISGUSTED!!
My mom passed away on 25/08/2015.After her funeral I went to ABSA Olievenhoutbosch to close her accounts. I was told she has a fixed deposit maturing on the 4th of October 2015, and a WILL. The lady said that in order for us to see the contents of the WILL I need the letter of AUTHORITY from the COURT. I am getting that letter on Tuesday the 13th of October as I submitted documents on Monday the 5th at the MASTER'S OFFICE in Pretoria. Yesterday I sent an email to Melanie Bekker (deceased estates)updating her about this letter. She responds today that I can submit that authority letter with the ORIGINAL WILL, which I have told so many consultants that I do not have, 1 of them said the copy is fine..another one said the WILL is not signed but it's not a problem. Now i am told there isn't any? I am getting more and more disgusted everyday cause that will contains Nokwanda's education fund money, my mom told me so. Kindly find my mother's money that she had with you and left it when she passed on. ESTATE LATE B L SHABANGU 613215
