I am disappointed with the lack of service at Absa Mall of Africa

I took my 70+ aunt to the branch today and we weren't even met by a host first and foremost. There were only 3 very slow tellers on duty and upon enquiry we were informed there is no pensioner queue and ended up having to sit on these backless benches like we are at some government institution. I'm beyond disappointed.
