I am being over charged on my vehicle

I was financed by ABSA for my vehicle. They stated that I'm paying 16% of interest but I pay 2248 of which is 750 for capital and R1250 for interest. it doesnt make sense, I requested them to send me calculation of my contract, its been a month now waiting. ABSA Im not happy
