I am being forced to pay the paid up debt twice... 3rd week still waiting for my R4000 refund

I am being given an ultimatum by their Tereshia Spang, it's either I acknowledge the debt that has been paid up in order for them to refund me my R4000... Absa is full of ******, I haven't paid my child's school fees because they're holding my money... I sent my credit profile to prove that the account is paid up and they have amended my profile, they are now asking for a paid up letter... I mean really???
