Husband passed away but ABSA want to FICA

I'm so discussed by ABSA. After my father passed away I wanted to claim from the funeral plan ABSA did not want to pay out, claiming I need to get an letter of authority first. What the hell, I showed the death certificate and needed the money for the funeral. I had to make other plans to cover the costs. But wait, this is not all. Now they want to FICA my mother's accounts, she has the money market account and savings account for at least 10 Years at ABSA. They do not accept the rates and taxes bill because it is in my dad's name. They do not accept an sworn affidavit made at the SAPS. They do not accept the medical scheme statement that is in my mothers name. They do not accept the Vox Tellecom account that is also in my mothers name. My dad is not here anymore. My mother is a widow. It will take months for the estate to transfer the property into her name. Do you understand at all what we are going through right now. I am so frustrated that I will move all my investment and my mothers to an other bank that understands the problem.
