Hurt/Angry/Extremely disappointed
I have never seen such poor service in my life.I visited the branch yesterday around 2pm ( not the first time) the consultant told me that the scanner is not working ( and that was the case with my last visit ).What hurts me most is to learn that the documents of the customer that was in front of me were scanned by the other consultant.I told NQABISA BOOI (Customer Service Consultant) that its not the first time that she tells me that that the scanner is "NOT" working;Enjoying her Lays potato chips she told me to go to another branch.
Just close to the branch I made a conversation with some lady telling her my experience she rep**** "with her the scanner is forever not working"
