HUNGRY,HAVE NO SHELTER AND HELPLESS BECAUSE OF ABSA!!!!!

I am one of ABSA's clients where my late mother placed her estate to be executed by ABSA.I am deeply distraught and disturbed by the unending hardship that I along with my family are going through,what is happening is extremely painful and I have ran out of words to explain the very acute agony that we are going through.I have asked ABSA through its trust to release a portion of our money that is there in Liquidation and Distribution Account so that we may get a place to stay,so that we may get shelter and food.I wasn't asking for all of it as I understand that transferring of the property to the our names is not concluded but I was asking for some so that we can get shelter and food as we are homeless and we have no food.I am unemployed,we are in lockdown,I am unable to look for a job as well because I don't even have the basics of shelter and food.Anyone can see that we are now still in winter,with this kind of weather that requires especially children to eat.We are in the third term of school,my son is in 07th grade and doesn't go to school,I need to make a plan everyday for him and my wife to eat.

I have begged in all ways possible ,I have been stripped of all dignity by this,as I said my family is suffering immensely as we speak.I have been begging ABSA to release the money that my mother left for us to sustain us,this property that I mentioned is solvent and needs for us to get a lawyer to unwind my father's estate but how do I do that if I am indigent and destitute whilst ABSA is withholding our money,I am left in a position where I cannot do anything whilst suffering day by day.I have even went to the lengths of stating to ABSA that because this house is solvent,for the cost/s that may arise that might come through then they can take those amounts from my portion that is allocated by my mother's will,all I want is to make sure that this situation is completed and done,that in the mean time we don't suffer as we have for the months that we have.Lawyers cost money , especially to unwind estates just like with ABSA having have taken many thousands of Rands to get to the position that they have to this point with my mother's estate.I have attempted to get a legal aid lawyer and I have been specifically told that I need to get a private lawyer when it comes to estates,that they are unable to help unless if I was a minor of which I am not.So that is this catch 22,this rock and a hard place situation which looks like there is no end to it and ABSA just doesn't care what happens as it is not their problem.This situation that affects my family where ABSA is intent on just withholding all the resources that could help conclude this estate can go on for years with no end in sight.I then wonder why does ABSA treat their clients this way, especially in this economic climate, especially black people who are the most marginalised and financially oppressed.

This situation has made me physically ill,knowing that we have companies that purport to have their clients at the centre of their business and that their needs come first,that is definitely not true,for months we have been suffering and we can see that we are nothing but a discarded number.We are just irritating filth at the corner of ABSA'S leaders shoes that needs to be wiped off.All we are asking for,all we are begging for us is to be able TO EAT and TO HAVE SHELTER so that we are able to have a normal life and finish this estate business urgently.
