How to scare away clients

I am a Private Bank client looking for my 2022 Tax Certificates. 1.Because my private accounts are linked to by business profile, ABSA's useless internet banking system does not allow me to download my private account certificates. 2.I've been waiting a day for my private banker to respond to an e-mail requesting the certificates. 3. My private banker does not answer cell or landline calls. 4. I've now been waiting 15 minutes for the call centre to assist. 5. They are now charging me R108 for each certificate!!!! I have to answer weird random questions etc. etc. How to scare away clients! We now know why they are loosing clients
