How to open a business account...?

I went to Mall OTN branch to open a business account but where told that they can not do it and that I must go to the Business Unit. I went to the Business Unit in Hans van Rensburg street on Friday, 12 June and there are nobody to assist me. I was told to see the Notice at the door that the office is closed because all consultant are on a course. I returned today, 17 June @ 13:20 and where told to call a number to make an appointment. The person on the line told me that there are no consultants available until 7 July and if I want to be assisted faster that I must go to Mokopane. The few people in office was not friendly at all. I have been a customer of ABSA for a long time and this is really a bad experience. And still no account ...
