How not to do relationship banking….

Absa Private Bank - one month to reply on a mail - shocking service. I emailed my banker as I would like to review my banking portfolio…. I doubt this will happen as it took a month to reply on how can they help… I might as well change banks with the amount of effort I am putting in :(
