How many times should I quee at the branch?

I was struggling to log onto my internet banking for long went into the bank last week because it was suspended after waiting for like forever in the branch it was okay for 2 days now again I can not log in and it says authentication failed please go to nearest branch,....<br> I have a work I can not go and stand in a branch for this every 2nd day... Very disappointed!!!!
