How many times a YEAR do you have to submit FICA?

During September 2015 I was contacted to submit FICA documentation for 5 of my business accounts (sporadically) only upon my accounts be locked did the bank notify me. These are Biefin CC, Corcedes Ventures CC, Zelpy 2680 CC, Bieris Residential Trust, Bieris Family Trust. This despite one account's information already been submitted during August 2015.<br> On 22 September 2015 I received confirmation that Zelpy 2680 information was captured and compliant. Today (8 Feb 2016) I found my account being locked due to outstanding FICA information.<br> I am at my end of patience with Absa and FICA. Despite submitting ALL information as requested (multiple times), I had to keep following up with the individual that the other accounts were compliant. Only on 30 Nov 2015 did I receive confirmation of the last two accounts.<br> How do I believe that the other 4 accounts are not going to bounce back as non-compliant the same way this account has.<br> I have lost all my faith in ABSA in this regard.<br> A solution to be found URGENTLY and confirmation that all my accounts ARE FICA compliant.
