How many freaken times and how many divisions!!!!

<p>My Grandfather passed almost 4 years ago and I am still trying to get a hold of someone at ABSA vehicle finance to forward me the Natis documents of the paid of vehicles, it's crazy I have been referred to almost 16 divisions and probably called 500 times been put on hold for hours and now I am staring court cases in the face because I can not sort out vehicle sales and licensing... I seriously do not know what to do anymore. How can ABSA run a business where nobody can help me,the client the one of many that keeps their business running.... </p>
