How long should this process take ?

I have been in the process of applying for an additional home loan for a smallish amount, this process was kicked off about 6 weeks ago, i got approval and final approval. The process should have been pretty quick from this point, it was apparently a matter of walking into the bank, signing the quotations with the consultant and then they would forward the paper work off to Kempton Park for the payout.<br> <br> This was done about 3 - 4 weeks ago, there was no consultant available to talk to and i delt directly with the branch manager (who did not have any knowledge how this process works) No one knows how the process works. So where i stand at the moment, is i need to go to another branch and deal with someone competent enough. So i went to another branch, surprise surprise - Everyone had gone on a tea break as the system was down.<br> <br> I really dont know what to do from this point on... i cant keep leaving work to go to a offline bank or deal with *********** people who do the wrong things.<br> <br> Please advise how this situation can be rectified ?
