How long should I wait?

I app**** for a new credit card on 08.08.2015 after rarely receiving calls back from the consultant and a huge struggle because my student credit card was still active, it was approved and I received a message on 19.08.2015 that it will be delivered. On 25.08.2015 I called the consultant again, he ensured the card is on its way and he linked all my accounts and I see the money is available on my Internet banking. On 28.08.2015 I called the credit card department at head office and was ensured that I will receive my card by Wednesday ( 02.09.2015)(today) on 02.09.2015 I called the credit card department again and was told the couriers was waiting for instructions and that I will have to wait another 3-5 working days. Will I really receive it this time or did they just tell me that to get rid off me again?<br> <br> On top off all this for the first time my debit order for an absa loan was deducted a day before my pay day and three days later I received messages from absa that I should make sure I have sufficient funds on that day and that it is bad for my credit record. What is the point of a date on a debit order if you try and take it any day that fits you?
