How does one get help from ABSA!

ABSA are the executors of my aunts will. I submitted all her documentation mid July. I had great service from the gentlement who helped me. This now needs to move to will administration - it ias now almost two qwweeks and no one can tell me who this person is. I used the absa escalation email and in 24 hours all they could do is come back and ask for the information already supp**** on the initial escalaltion. Really ABSA all I want is the contact details for the estate administrator
