How do you Activate and not Link

<p>Dear ABSA</p> <p> </p> <p>So i got my new Credit Card from "ABSA", Replacing my old card, on the envelope it read call the number on the back of the card to have your password read back to you, i did. guess what happened ervice was never available. i then went to the Radburg brach to get the card activated so that i can transact, after activating it i logged onto my internet banking to transact and it told me the card that is linked is hot!!!! how do you give me a card that is not linked and why do you activate a card that has no money on it?????? my last card had funds in it, so now i have to go back to the branch and also teach your consultants how to do their Jobs. what am i supposed to do with a card that has no money on it and why do you link it to my account so that when i get it i can use it... i spent 30 minutes on the phones with your consultants who had no idea how to help, time i will never get back in my life. I think i am glad to move on to greener pastures have put up with bull**** way too long.
