HOW DIFFICULT IS THIS?

I left the employ of my employer and submitted claim forms to them on 12 March 2015. All required paperwork was attached.<br> <br> After several calls to ABSA I have had noting but a run around and excuses. One was the paperwork was incomplete and now the excuse is they are busy with the Feb contribution run. We're at the end of April almost!?<br> <br> Now the latest story is I cant hear anymore updates until the responsible person at ABSA returns from leave! Really, this isn't rocket science, please just process the claim and refund me the funds due. It has now been almost 6 weeks and it doesn't seem we're any closer to finalisation.<br> <br>
