HOW difficult is it to get your business banker to assist you ? Impossible apparently

ABSA Bank is the worst and I have the worst business banker, I have been asking since Jan for her to link all my individual fuel cards so I can get the statements on my internet banking. She ignores my emails and just does not get back to me. How does someone like this still have a job? What do I need to do to get my fuel cards linked to my profile. PS before the Absa change the old cards were ll linked and I could access the statements.
