How difficult is it to get my vehicle logbook!!

<p>Requested my vehicle log book on 10 January 2017. Emailed all the relevant docs. My emails requisting feedback is ignored. When I try to phone, i get sent from one dept to the next. No one seems to know how to do their job!!</p>
