How can we trust you with our money?

This is my 3 rd post re the same problem!! I receive one reply from Absa then never any follow up or answers!! How can people trust you with their money?? Im still waiting for Daphne le Grange, Specialist Case Manager, C-***6 to send an answer, have been waiting for more than 12 days now!! Is there any body at head office competent enough to find a few answers for me re credit cards?
