how can someone steel yout money without my ATM PI

Good day<br> I went to the bank Absa Dunnottar ATM to withdraw money i wanted to pull money at the same time a black person came at the back and push a button on thr ATM then i couldnt draw money or get my card i phoned to stop my card after that i received a sms stating R5000 withdrawn out of my account in selcourt without me putting in my pin then a made a case the next day at the SAPD and ABSA then absa said 7 days feedback everyday almost we phoned no response on the phoning back so today i phoned again hearing they wont refund me because of the original card being used to draw money...but after the card was taken by the ATM the doors was closed and how do someone draw money without my ATM PIN. Very bad the Debit clain ref number ***
